Owner-operated since 2007, unlocks cars free for locked-in kids
Paul Roberts opened Paul's Towing & Recovery Services in 2007, drawing on a combined 40-plus years of towing experience between himself and his drivers. The Hartselle, Alabama company runs a medium conventional wrecker and two medium-duty rollbacks to cover lockouts, jump starts, tire changes, winch-outs, accident recovery, and basic tows, and it unlocks vehicles for free when a child is locked inside. Every employee undergoes a criminal background check and drug testing, and the company holds contracts to tow for several garages in the Decatur and Hartselle area as well as City, County, and State rotation lists. Trucks run 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with office hours Monday through Friday.
