Bilingual 24-hour dispatch handling forklifts and lowered cars in Downey
Downey, California is the base for Ordoñez Towing, which runs 24 hours a day and keeps separate English- and Spanish-language phone lines for callers. Flatbed towing is offered for a range of vehicles, and the crew handles less common jobs including motorcycle and forklift towing along with long-distance moves, winch services, and fuel delivery. Standard roadside calls cover car jump starts and lockouts, with tire replacement available for stranded drivers around Downey and nearby areas. Customer reviews describe careful handling of a lowered car that other companies declined, a late-night flatbed run for a Corvette with a failed starter, and praise for a driver who arrived within about ten minutes of an 11 p.m. call, reflecting the company's around-the-clock availability.
