Vehicles towed from private lots can be released to their owners by presenting a valid driver's license and vehicle keys. Payment is accepted by bank-issued credit card or cash; the card used must be in the vehicle owner's name and the owner must be present at pickup, since cards cannot be processed over the phone or without the owner on site. Checks are not accepted. Customers are asked to call ahead to confirm the vehicle's location and schedule a release appointment, and staff are available for questions 24 hours a day.
