Cal's Transport & Towing traces its roots to 1956, when Gordon Edwards opened Gordy's Super Service in Yucaipa, California. His son Calvin took over in 1971 and renamed the shop Cal's Auto Repair, then began offering towing in 1988 under a contract with AAA. Calvin's son Gary purchased the business in 1993 and ran it for over 30 years before his passing in 2021; today the company continues under Gary's sons and longtime manager Noah Mayo. Cal's Transport & Towing operates from Yucaipa and serves Oak Glen, Angelus Oaks, Forest Falls and Mentone, offering automotive towing for daily drivers, classics and exotics, commercial towing, RV transport, traffic collision response, and roadside services including lockouts, jump starts and tire changes. Tow trucks run 24/7, while the office keeps Monday through Friday hours.
