Family-run Florida Panhandle towing team serving Cottondale since 1949
White's Wrecker Service has operated in the Florida Panhandle since 1949, with a location in Cottondale along with Panama City, Chipley, and Defuniak Springs. The company handles light-, medium-, and heavy-duty towing plus 24-hour roadside assistance, including lockouts, fuel delivery, jumpstarts, and tire changes. Drivers hold Wreckmaster and light-duty certifications through the Sunshine State Towing Association, and the fleet includes certified heavy-duty operators for larger recoveries. Beyond standard towing, the company also handles private property towing and commercial vehicle recovery, though it does not process repossessions. Physical offices run 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, with a gate fee applying to after-hours vehicle releases, while towing and roadside calls are answered around the clock. Storage yards are available at its four Panhandle locations for vehicles requiring holding.
