Family-owned wrecker service trusted by Jacksonville law enforcement
As one of a limited number of towing companies authorized to work with Jacksonville's law enforcement community, Thompson Enterprises responds to calls from the Florida Highway Patrol and the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office after accidents or negligent-driver incidents. Rates for private property and TOL towing are set by the City of Jacksonville. The family owned and operated wrecker service offers light duty, medium duty, and motorcycle towing, with motorcycle jobs handled using tie-downs, locks, and straps designed to secure bikes safely during transport. Services are billed on a cash basis but can be submitted to an insurance company for reimbursement when roadside assistance coverage applies. Thompson Enterprises operates from a Bailey Body Road location in Jacksonville with vehicle pickup hours posted daily and staff available to answer questions by phone or email.
