Third-generation Georgia towing company with AI-powered dispatch
Big Al & The Boyz Towing and Recovery, LLC traces its roots to the 1960s, when founder Frank Lester started the business with a single truck in Middle Georgia. Now led by his grandson, Alfonso "Big Al" Lester, the company operates from two locations, in Musella and Covington, spanning three generations of family ownership and covering South Atlanta and Middle Georgia with 24/7 towing and recovery. Services include light and medium duty towing, heavy duty towing, motorcycle towing, disaster recovery, accident recovery, lockout assistance, winching, land clearing, and storage building transport. The company reports an average response time of 20 to 35 minutes and operates a live dispatcher alongside an AI-powered dispatch system that routes the nearest available truck.
