Heavy-duty towing and the only 75-ton rotator in Metro Atlanta
With a fleet of roughly 30 vehicles and two locations, Southside Wrecker has provided towing and recovery service in the Union City and Newnan, Georgia area for more than three decades. The company's 75-ton twin-steer rotator is described as the only one of its kind in Metro Atlanta, used for crane-style lifts, heavy equipment placement, and vehicle recoveries from ravines or guardrails. Beyond standard accident recovery and heavy-duty towing, the company handles motor fluid spill response, wrecker repair, private property impound, and disaster relief work, and its heavy-duty quick clearance team says it was the first in Georgia certified by the Department of Transportation for that role. Southside Wrecker also partners with Allsouth Emergency First Response and performs recovery work for GDOT, the Georgia State Patrol, and local police departments, in addition to serving the film, construction, and airport industries.
