Ingram Towing & Impound Service Inc traces back to 1989, when Bill Ingram started Bill Ingram Wrecker Service with a single truck and his wife Gloria, who left her job to answer phones and dispatch. After Bill's death in 1999 and later family losses, the business continued under Gloria and her son Frank, eventually becoming Frank Ingram Wrecker Service and then, from 2020 onward, Ingram Towing & Impound Service Inc. The fleet has grown to 12 trucks, ranging from a small snatch truck for parking decks to heavy wreckers for tractor-trailers. Drivers are T.I.M. certified through the Emergency Responder Safety Institute. Services include light, medium, and heavy-duty towing, private property impounding, police contract towing, jumpstarts, tire changes, winch-outs, and classic car hauling. Trucks and phone lines run 24 hours a day, seven days a week from the company's location in Woodstock, Georgia.
