WBE-certified towing company with 30+ years in the Chicago auto industry
XL Towing & Storage is certified as a Women's Business Enterprise and states it is the only WBE-certified towing company in both the City of Chicago and Cook County. Founded by Sherry Di Vito, who holds an MBA in finance and economics, the company offers flatbed towing, wheel-lift service, emergency roadside help, private property towing, and commercial towing, along with motorcycle and low-clearance vehicle transport. XL Towing states average response times of 15 to 30 minutes using GPS routing to dispatch the nearest available truck, and says it carries twice the state's mandated insurance minimum for towing operations. It maintains overnight storage and operates from two Chicago yards.
