Guy's Towing and Service has operated as a family business for three generations, tracing back to 1977 when it began as one person wrenching on trucks after hours. Today the company runs two fully equipped shops, in Galena, Illinois and Kieler, Wisconsin, with 22 service bays between them and three mobile repair trucks that travel to customers across the Dubuque, Iowa region. Technicians hold ASE, WreckMaster, and TRAA certifications, and the company is a member of the Wisconsin Towing Association and the Towing and Recovery Association of America. Services span 24/7 heavy-duty towing, mobile truck repair, welding and fabrication, hydraulics, DOT inspections, fleet maintenance, hi-rail equipment work, and full mechanical repairs covering engines, brakes, axles, driveline, and suspension systems. All workmanship is backed by a six-month warranty.
