Family-run Naperville auto repair shop with towing since 1977
Naper Auto Works has operated in Naperville since 1977, when founders Jim Hess and Greg Waite opened the shop after refurbishing a former gas station on Ogden Avenue. The business moved to its current Mill Street location in 1979 and has grown steadily since, with ASE Certified technicians handling everything from oil changes and brake work to transmission repair, alignments, and specialty jobs on hybrids and small commercial trucks. Naper Auto Works also provides towing and road service, including pickup for customers near its shop, and backs its work with a 24-month, 24,000-mile warranty. The team offers a complimentary local shuttle and free Wi-Fi for customers waiting on-site. Located within walking distance of the downtown Naperville train station, Naper Auto Works serves drivers across the Naperville area.
