Kansas City towing company founded in 1983 by Alan Worth and Don Tallman
Alandon Tow Service traces its roots to 1983, when founders Alan Worth and Don Tallman started the business with a single tow truck focused on auto repair and mechanical services. The company shifted its focus exclusively to towing after a significant flood in 1993, later acquiring EQ Muffler & Tow in 2011 and adding its first heavy-duty tow truck in 2018. Alandon Tow Service now provides light-duty and flatbed towing, heavy-duty towing, private towing, accident towing, motorcycle towing, long-distance towing, mobile rotator lifting, decking and undecking, and semi-truck and RV towing across the Kansas City area, including Lawrence, Olathe, Overland Park, and Lee's Summit. Towing operates 24/7, while the vehicle release desk keeps hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
