Reporting an accident
Immediately notify law enforcement when a crash causes death personal injury or damage that makes a vehicle inoperable. If no officer investigates and property damage exceeds $500 the driver must file a written report within 10 days. [apps.legislature.ky.gov]

Parking
Vehicles over 7 feet wide or 20 feet long or 7.5 feet high may not park on a city street for more than 1 hour without police permission; no parking is allowed on emergency plow routes during a declared weather emergency. [bgky.org]

Private-property towing
A private tow-away zone requires a clearly visible sign with parking rules and contact information; the towing company must notify local law enforcement within 2 hours.
