Big Tow also provides parking enforcement for apartment complexes, shopping centers, churches, and private property throughout the state. Operators are professionally trained and certified, and vehicles are inspected and maintained according to Maryland fleet regulations. Towing and dispatch are available 24 hours a day, with separate lots in Rockville and Frederick open weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
