Simpson's Towing Service has operated on Maryland's Eastern Shore since 1955, when founder Bob Simpson began the business with a homemade 1952 Chevrolet wrecker. The company is now run by Simpson family members and equipped with light- and heavy-duty vehicles, including rotators, wreckers, rollbacks, landoll trailers, and lowboy trailers. Crews tow cars, trucks, tractor-trailers, sheds, boats, mobile homes, forklifts, and motorcycles, and also provide emergency road service such as fuel delivery, air-line and belt repair, and tire changes for tractor-trailers. Service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Drivers are licensed and certified, and several team members hold WreckMaster credentials, including recognition in the WreckMaster Top 10 of 2017 and a third-place finish in the Rotator Class at the 2012 American Towman Expo in Baltimore.
