Ted's of Fayville has provided towing, recovery, and specialized equipment transportation in Southborough, Massachusetts since 1929, when the company started with a single tow truck. Over the decades the fleet grew to around 30 trucks, and Ted's was an early adopter of new technology, adding an air cushion recovery unit and a Hubbard 30-ton unit in the 1970s and adopting wheel-lift technology in the 1980s.
