Cement City, Michigan's oldest wrecker company, family-run since 1931
Artesian Wells Garage & Wrecker Service has operated in Cement City, Michigan since 1931, making it, by its own account, the oldest wrecker company in the state. Now run by a fourth generation of the same family, the business combines light and medium-duty emergency towing with a full auto repair shop covering oil changes, brakes, suspension and alignment work, battery service, and engine diagnostics. Roadside assistance includes jump starts, flat tire changes, fuel delivery, and lockout help, and the company also handles off-road and accident recovery as well as police-authorized towing across Lenawee County. New and used tires are sold and professionally installed on site. Service extends to nearby communities including Adrian, Hudson, Jackson, Onsted, and Brooklyn, with the shop operating under the motto 'Good Work Wins Good Will.'
