Family-owned towing serving Flint and mid-Michigan since 1945
In Flint, Michigan, Gray's Towing Service traces its roots to 1945, when Ellsworth Gray started the business with a personally modified 1935 Chevy wrecker and a one-and-a-half car garage behind his family home. The same wrecker, restored and adjusted over the decades, still sits in the company garage today. Now a family-owned, family-operated division of Assured Emergency Services, Gray's Towing Service serves Saginaw, Lansing, Flint, Detroit, and the surrounding areas around the clock. Services include light, medium, and heavy-duty towing, commercial towing and recovery, air cushion and underwater recovery, and crane services for load shifts and transfers. The company also provides roadside assistance, mobile repair, property management and impound services, nationwide transport, and heavy equipment or prototype car transportation.
