CSC Towing And Storage has served Rochester, Minnesota since 1974, when founder Kenneth Winter expanded his Chester Service Center gas station into a towing operation. The business relocated to Rochester in 1984 and was purchased by current owner Christopher Kent in October 2001. The fleet includes three tow trucks, two flatbeds, and one service unit, with dispatch available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. CSC Towing And Storage is part of the tow rotation for the Olmsted County Sheriff's Office and the Minnesota State Patrol, and it was named Top Towing Company in Minnesota by AAA in 2004 for an average response time of 22 minutes or less. The company has also received the American Towman ACE award for customer service and a Patriotic Employer honor for supporting National Guard and Reserve employees.
