All Care Towing Inc. has served central Minnesota since 1985, when Tim Jansky started a repair shop, All Care Auto & 4 By, out of his parents' garage in St. Cloud. The business added a tow truck, moved to Waite Park to handle emergency towing for the Waite Park Police Department, then relocated again in 1989 and added an impound lot. The company incorporated as All Care Towing Inc. in 1991, and in 2000 merged with a local company, Anchor Towing, which continues to operate as a division. All Care Towing works with automotive motor clubs and law enforcement agencies across central Minnesota, providing light-duty tow trucks, roll-back flatbeds, and heavy-duty tow trucks around the clock. Central Service, a related division, handles fleet maintenance and equipment distribution.
