Minnesota Marine Assist operates as a TowBoatU.S. provider serving Lake of the Woods and Leech Lake in northern Minnesota, offering on-the-water towing for engine failure, dead batteries, running out of fuel, and soft groundings. BoatU.S. members receive unlimited towing under freshwater or Unlimited Gold saltwater membership plans, while non-members pay out of pocket for service. The company also performs sunken and capsized boat recovery and hard-grounding recovery across northern Minnesota, from the Brainerd Lakes area up to Lake of the Woods and Rainy Lake, and works directly with customers' insurance companies to arrange recoveries.
