Scotty's Carriage Works has served Northwest Missouri since 1950, when it was founded by Malcolm 'Scotty' Scott; his son Michael Scott now owns and operates the Cameron-based company. Michael Scott has served on the Missouri Tow Truck Association and the Towing and Recovery Association of America's Education Committee, and was inducted into the Towing and Recovery Hall of Fame in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
