Pat's Auto Repair & Towing is a second-generation, family- and female-owned shop serving Hastings, Nebraska, and holds AAA Approved status. The business survived a 1999 fire that caused a total loss of the facility, rebuilding and reopening within 90 days; after the founder's death in 2014, his daughter Kara took over leadership and continues to run the shop today. Alongside towing services, the team offers a full slate of automotive repair work, including brakes, alignments, transmissions, engine diagnostics, cooling system service, and factory-scheduled maintenance across most major vehicle makes. Shop hours run Monday through Thursday, with Friday reserved for scheduling and vehicle pickup, and 24/7 towing availability fills in outside regular hours. The shop describes its approach as building trust through clear explanations of needed repairs.
