After Big Dann's death in 2011, Debbie Collins continued the business, which is now led by Operating Owner Jose Norena, holder of towing and recovery certifications from CTTA, TRAA, AAA, Miller Industries, and ATRI. The company provides light-, medium-, heavy-, and super heavy-duty towing, along with emergency recovery such as winch-outs, rotator work, and air cushion recovery. Additional services include HD power-only, landoll, step deck, and tri-axle RGN transportation, parking management, and cargo handling such as load shifts and freight forwarding.
