Toms River towing company tracing its roots to 1994
First Choice Auto Towing traces its history back to 1994, when founder Rene Sales began working out of a one-bay home garage under the name Quality Trans & Automotive. The business added its first flatbed tow truck in 1999, moved to a five-bay facility in Toms River, New Jersey in 2009, and launched First Choice Auto Towing as a standalone towing operation in 2015, separate from its original auto repair side. In 2017, the company received a Best Veteran Owned Business award. Services now include local and long-distance towing, enclosed trailer transport, equipment transport, emergency towing, roadside assistance, vehicle lockout help, flat tire service, and auto repair. First Choice Auto Towing is based on Route 37 West in Toms River and has taken part in community efforts including the Wounded Warrior Project.
