Sea Tow Central New Jersey operates from Key Harbor Marina in Waretown under local captain Karl Leinheiser, serving Barnegat Bay, Barnegat Inlet, and the Atlantic Ocean. A fleet of three customized Sea Tow boats patrols popular boating areas including Tices Shoal, Oyster Creek Channel, and Barnegat Inlet, with a crew of Coast Guard-licensed captains holding more than 80 combined years of on-water experience. Average response time runs under an hour. Membership covers boat towing, fuel delivery, jump-starts, ungroundings, dock-to-dock towing, and boat salvage and recovery, with access to the nationwide Sea Tow network of more than 500 ports. Sea Tow has provided on-water assistance to boaters since 1983.
