Cottekill, New York family business serving the Hudson Valley for 50+ years
Doug Tyler & Son is a family-owned and operated business that has served the Hudson Valley for more than 50 years from its location on Tylers Lane in Cottekill, New York. The company pays cash for unwanted cars and trucks regardless of make, model, or condition, offering free pickup and removal, and also provides local towing, automotive parts, and repair services. A separate container business delivers residential dumpsters for remodels, construction, demolition, and spring cleaning, as well as larger commercial containers for industrial materials such as metal, concrete, asphalt, wood, and roofing debris. Each year, the company donates vehicles to first responders from High Falls, Cottekill, Stone Ridge, Rosendale, and Tillson for training exercises, and the High Falls Fire Department has credited Doug Tyler & Son for its long-standing support of local fire service in the towns of Marbletown and Rosendale.
