Family owned since 1945, Tidd's Towing & Recovery has grown into a fourth-generation business offering towing, recovery, roll-off dumpster service, and accident cleanup. Kenneth Frederick Tidd and his wife Betty started the company with a single wrecker, and the business has been passed down through the family ever since, now run by Kenny Tidd. The fleet includes flatbed trucks with wheel lift systems for damage-free transport of cars, motorcycles, utility trucks, and trailers, plus equipment capable of moving large, oversize machinery and construction equipment. Tidd's Towing & Recovery also provides 24-hour emergency and lockout service, jump starts, and environmental hazardous material cleanup after collisions. The roll-off division serves general contractors, builders, demolition crews, residential customers, and landscape companies with a range of container sizes for waste removal and junk hauling.
