Kew Gardens, Queens towing company founded by Hendrix in 2018
JG Towing was founded by Hendrix in 2018 out of a yard in Kew Gardens, Queens, and the company still dispatches from that same location at 118-09 83rd Avenue, near the Kew Gardens LIRR station. Calls are answered 24 hours a day by a human dispatcher based in Kew Gardens rather than an outsourced call center. The company is licensed and insured and covers roughly 95 Queens neighborhoods and about 50 Nassau County towns, with services including flatbed transport for luxury and exotic cars, commercial fleet dispatch, medium-duty wrecker service for vans and small box trucks, heavy wrecker service for vehicles over 26,000 pounds, accident recovery with photo documentation and insurance coordination, lockouts, and jump-starts. Fleet accounts receive net-30 billing and priority dispatch, and the company states it will credit $50 off a bill if it misses a committed arrival time.
