Also known as 833 TOW-DUDE, with transparent deposit and dispatch fee policies
Fresh Start Roadside Assistance Inc, doing business as 833 TOW-DUDE, provides towing and roadside services including tire changes with dispatched technicians. The company outlines a clear deposit and fee policy on its site: every service call requires a non-refundable deposit at booking, and once a truck is dispatched that deposit is considered earned regardless of whether the job is completed. A Gone On Arrival (GOA) fee of up to 50% of the quoted amount may apply if a technician is dispatched but cannot finish the job for reasons such as incorrect information provided at booking, a cancellation after dispatch, or the customer resolving the issue before arrival. For tire-related calls, service is based on the customer confirming a usable spare is available. Listed hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
