Family-run Morven towing company founded in 2008, now doing heavy-duty work
Robert Mims founded R&R Towing and Recovery in 2008 with just one dedicated driver, building the company into a familiar name across Anson County and later Stanly, Richmond, Union, Montgomery, and Mecklenburg counties, plus parts of northern South Carolina. The business added heavy-duty towing in 2014 and also offers NC state vehicle safety inspections and car care services. Towing is available 24/7 for both emergency and non-emergency calls, along with recovery, winch-out, medium-duty towing, and roadside services such as jump starts, fuel delivery, car lockout, and tire changes. R&R Towing and Recovery is based at 521 Ballard Spring Road in Morven and describes itself as a family-oriented business focused on prompt, careful service for every customer.
