A single tow truck purchased in 1995 grew into Ace 24 Hour Towing, a Bismarck, North Dakota company whose roots trace to 1986, when its founder began working in the towing business for Chuck's Towing before starting his own operation. He hired his first full-time employee in 1999 and purchased his former employer's business, Chuck's 24-Hour Towing, in 2001. The company has since grown to a fleet of more than 30 units, including 30-, 35-, and 40-ton towing and recovery trucks, a 75-ton rotator, and off-road equipment. Services include local and long-distance towing, light- and heavy-duty towing, motorcycle and specialty auto towing, boosting, winching, impounds and repossessions, ice recovery, equipment hauling, and rollback service, along with towing for autos, boats, buses, RVs, and semis.
