F & S Towing and Recovery has operated in Mantua, Ohio since 1967, when Bob Fall and Dean Stebbins Sr. began doing automotive repairs and towing together, building their first wrecker with a homemade boom. Dean became owner of the newly formed corporation in 1993, and the family-run business is now staffed by a crew of twelve drivers, technicians, and an office manager, with Dean's grandchildren set to take over in the future. Technicians are ASE-certified, and drivers are trained under the Wreckmaster, Miller Industries, and Wes Wilburn Consulting programs, CDL-licensed, and randomly drug tested. The fleet includes rotators, wreckers, flatbeds, and 4x4 recovery trucks for light-, medium-, and heavy-duty towing, and the company is fully insured, bonded, and licensed, operating 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
