Expedited Towing traces back to 2015, when founder Chuck Berry started the business as a one-person operation in Hampstead, Maryland, after years working in towing and as an auto shop service writer. The original 1983 Ford F350 rollback remains in service today, and the fleet has since grown to eight rollbacks, five wheel lifts, and five service trucks. Expedited Towing became part of the AAA network in 2018 and is a AAA-preferred provider, offering mobile battery service, lockout assistance, winch-outs, and flat tire changes, along with 24-hour towing. After moves through Hampstead and Manchester, operations are now based in Abbottstown, Pennsylvania, covering York and Adams counties in Pennsylvania and northern Carroll County in Maryland.
