Family-owned 24/7 towing and auto repair serving Chambersburg since 1966
Abe's Auto Service & Towing has served South Central Pennsylvania since 1966, when Albert 'Abe' Edwards opened it as a small service station with two employees and one truck. Now operated by his son David from three locations across Chambersburg and Shippensburg, the family-owned business runs a fleet of 12 heavy-duty trucks offering 24/7 towing and roadside assistance, including jump starts, lockouts, and fuel delivery. Abe's Auto Service also provides full-service auto repair with ASE-certified mechanics, covering engine and transmission overhauls, state inspections, alignments, brakes, and oil changes for vehicles of all makes and models. The shop maintains nine work bays and 13 full-time employees across its locations.
