Almen Towing is the towing and recovery arm of Almen Enterprises, an auto and truck repair business founded in Kingsport, Tennessee in 2010. The towing company was established in 2020 to provide 24/7 recovery for personal vehicles, heavy-duty trucks, and large equipment using a fleet of rollback and flatbed trucks, heavy-duty wreckers, tractors, and trailers. Equipment hauling capability includes a Landoll-style flatbed trailer, a 50-ton detach lowboy trailer, dry vans, and flatbed trucks for both local and long-distance jobs. Almen operates from three locations across Kingsport and Johnson City, Tennessee, serving drivers throughout the Tri-Cities region, including Bristol and Abingdon in East Tennessee and Southwest Virginia. The company was started by Jon Almen, a former mechanic, fleet manager, and firefighter.
