Grand Prairie, TX wrecker service run by the same family for over 60 years
Now in its second generation of family ownership, Dave's Hi-Way Wrecker Service has served Grand Prairie for more than sixty years and holds the contract as the city's sole towing provider for police tows and impounds. The company maintains a relationship with local repair provider Service King and operates secure storage lots capable of holding more than one hundred vehicles for impounds. Rollbacks with low load angles handle exotic and sports cars, while a 53-foot Landoll trailer rated for 35 tons moves forklifts, totaled semis, and limousines, and a 35-ton heavy-duty wrecker manages loaded or empty tractor-trailers. Services include full-service towing, roadside assistance, heavy hauling, load shifts, mobile mechanic work, and fleet maintenance, with trucks answering calls every day of the year, including holidays.
