Family-owned Auburn wrecker service towing the region since 1929
Fitz Towing & Recovery began in 1929 as a small, family-run operation in Auburn, Washington, and has grown into a full-service towing and recovery company covering Auburn, Tacoma, Federal Way, Puyallup, Lakewood, and dozens of surrounding communities. The fleet ranges from light-duty tow trucks to heavy-duty wreckers and rotators, handling everything from compact cars and motorcycles to semis, RVs, and buses. Drivers undergo background checks and hold clean driving records, and the company typically dispatches a truck within about 30 minutes of a call. Services include emergency and flatbed towing, long-distance and private property towing, off-road and heavy-duty recovery, roadside assistance, fuel delivery, jump starts, and vehicle lockouts. Fitz Towing & Recovery also holds monthly lien-sale auto auctions at its Auburn location, with vehicles sold as-is to the highest bidder.
