It handles vehicles large and small, though not RVs, and can deliver a car to a repair shop, a customer's chosen destination, or the company's own tow yard. Mel's Inter City Collision, the sister business, has been voted Best of Tri-Cities Auto Body Shop in 2023 and 2025, reflecting the same family that runs the towing operation.
